Twotrees exhibits at 2024 Future of Education Technology trade show

Twotrees was a gold sponsor at the 2024 Future of Education Technology (FETC) trade show held in January at the monstrous Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The Twotrees booth was busy with activity for the 3-day show. School districts from around the country visited the show and many stopped by our booth to learn about the products and services Twotrees offers nationally to K-12 school district nationally.

FETC overview

David Lewis provided a walkthrough of the trade show for Twotrees associates who were unable to attend, and we decide to share this video with our customers. Twotrees had a large booth in the middle of the show, which you can see at the end of the video.

Promethean

Promethean gave us a demonstration of their latest boards and highlighted their recent integration of Explain Everything as a native application on their smart board.

Lenovo E-Sports

Lenovo was partner in our Twotrees booth, as well as having their own large booth near the Twotrees both, where they highlighted their e-sports and laptop offerings. Twotrees continues to expand our deep relationship with e-sports industry leader Lenovo, offering not only high-performance equipment for the e-sports users, but also software to help schools manage their e-sports teams, conduct e-sports tournaments, and schedule time on the school’s e-sports equipment.

Samsung

Joe DeCrane spoke with Mike Smith at Samsung about their highly popular 146″ video wall and where this type of ultra-large video display would be used at a typical school. They also discussed how to manage multiple displays across the campus using Samsung’s cloud-based video management solution.

MobileMind Professional Teacher Development

Twotrees has enjoyed a long relationship with MobileMind, developer of software that helps K-12 schools manage their teacher and staff professional development. MobileMind CEO Tyce Miller explains to David Miller how their software helps school districts attract and retain teachers, while providing an easy, fun path for teachers to expand their professional education.

Kajeet school bus wifi

Now that school bus wifi is e-rate eligible using Category 1 funds, Kajeet offers a complete package for schools to provide school bus wifi. This technology allows students to stay engaged and involved on the long bus rides home in rural areas or on long trips to games. Studies have shown that reportable school bus incidents decrease 40% when kids are able to use wifi while riding on the bus.

LiteTouch display panels

Katie Toberman talks with display manufacture LiteTouch about their products and was especially impressed by their soon-to-be-released LiteTouch Wall.

Merlyn Mind

David Lewis talks to Merlyn Mind, a new Twotrees partner and maker of software designed to help teachers untether from their computers and work with students around the classroom, all while controlling their computer or interactive display panel using AI-enhanced voice control.
